I cannot sign up, I just see a "please wait" box that doesn't disappear

Sometimes when you try to create a new member account, or a new affiliate account, you will see a "please wait" pop up. This should only display for a second or less as the information loads. If it appears for more than a few seconds then there is probably an interaction with your browser and one of your plugins. Most notably, an ad blocker or pop-up blocker can cause this page to behave erratically. 

 

If you experience this issue, we would recommend that you white-list our website within your ad/pop-up blocker, or temporarily disable the utility.
